Rigs und Racks: die richtige Struktur konfigurieren

Ein Rig wählt man in drei Entscheidungen: Verankerung, Kapazität, Zubehör. Den Rest erledigt der Konfigurator.

Das Wand-Rig wird an der tragenden Wand verankert und hält den Boden frei: die Lösung für lang gestreckte Hallen und gemeinsam genutzte Flächen. Das freistehende Rig steht mitten im Raum und lässt sich durchqueren: Stationen auf beiden Seiten, freie Laufwege — das Format der Boxen, die in Wellen trainieren lassen. Der Konfigurator zeigt beide Familien mit ihren Achsabständen.

Rechnen Sie eine Trainingsstation pro gleichzeitig trainierendem Athleten: Ein Rig mit vier Pfosten beschäftigt zwei bis drei Personen, eine komplette Reihe nimmt rund zehn auf. Der Achsabstand zwischen den Pfosten bestimmt, was dazwischen passiert — Kniebeugen, Klimmzüge, Muscle-ups — und der Konfigurator berechnet die Struktur bei jeder Auswahl neu.

Die Outdoor-Versionen übernehmen dieselbe Geometrie mit Oberflächenbehandlungen, die für den Außeneinsatz vorgesehen sind. Box-Terrassen, Militärstützpunkte und Kommunen: Die Struktur steht das ganze Jahr über im Freien.

J-Cups, Sicherheitsarme, Dip-Stationen, Ausleger für Ringe und Seile: Jedes Zubehörteil wird im Konfigurator hinzugefügt, im richtigen Achsabstand und ohne Kompatibilitätsfehler. Hier entscheidet sich auch das Budget — eine nackte Struktur kostet weniger, als man denkt, das Zubehör macht den Unterschied in der Nutzung.

Stahlprofile 75 × 75 mm mit 3 mm Wandstärke, Lochung Ø17 im Westside-Lochabstand, stoßfeste Strukturlackierung, 10 Jahre Garantie auf die Struktur. Die Rigs sind auf Lager und werden bei der Bestellung konfiguriert.

Häufige Fragen

Für ein bis zwei Personen genügt ein Squat Rack oder ein Half Rack. Das Rig übernimmt, sobald mehrere Athleten gleichzeitig trainieren oder Klimmzüge und Übungen im Hang zum Programm gehören: Die Kosten pro Station sind dann schnell unschlagbar.

Freistehende Rigs werden im Boden verdübelt, Wand-Rigs an der tragenden Wand und im Boden. Schrauben und Fußplatten gehören zur Struktur; auf Gummifliesen reicht die Verankerung bis in den Beton.

Ja, genau das ist der Sinn des Systems: Geometrie und Lochung bleiben gleich, ein weiteres Feld wird in der Flucht angefügt. Konfigurieren Sie für heute, erweitern Sie, wenn die Auslastung nachzieht.
