01 — Preparation & dispatch
When will your order be dispatched?
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 48 hours after payment is confirmed. Transit time is additional and depends on the destination and carrier.
If some items are awaiting restocking:

If all missing items are expected within 15 working days, we favour a single shipment. If restocking is further away or unconfirmed, available items may be dispatched separately.
A restocking date is the expected arrival at our warehouse, not the delivery date at your address.

Shipping is free for eligible items when the merchandise total exceeds €800 including VAT, before a promotional code is applied. Some products, including certain rubber tiles and machines, remain subject to shipping charges.
