Every pack is configurable: you start from a coherent base and adjust the loads to your training.
Barbell & plate packs match a barbell with its set of bumpers or steel plates: the loads follow on from one another, the diameter is right, and nothing is missing for the first session. Olympic plate sets and change plate sets extend the station later.
Dumbbell packs cover a complete range of loads, storage rack included depending on the option: the zone is set up, tidy and ready for group use.
The Studio Force pack sets up a complete strength station for a studio or an ambitious home gym; the HRX rack pack builds a complete hybrid training station around the rack. Every pack is configured before you add it to the cart: you see the exact contents and the package price.
