Return of defective products:

If a customer receives products with defects or non-conformities with their order, they can return them within 15 days following notification of the defect. To do this, the customer must present the original invoice and keep all the original elements of the product. The seller will examine the returned product and inform the customer of their options for a refund or exchange. If the customer chooses a product of higher value in exchange, he will have to pay the difference. Any exchange or return must be notified by the customer to Bullman Equipment by email to customerservice@bullmanequipment.com with the subject line “return” or “exchange” as well as the order number.

Legal right of withdrawal:

Return of personalized products:

Refusal of returns:

The right of return only applies if the products have not been used or washed (unless the product contains contrary information), if they retain the original characteristics, and the packaging is not damaged (carefully opened packages will not be considered damaged), if they are complete (e.g. both items in a pair must be returned), have not been tampered with and retain the identification label if the product is labeled. Personalized products are not subject to return.

Reimbursement deadlines:

We refund within 15 days from the date of receipt of the return. This deadline gives us time to properly inspect returns. Refunds are made only via the payment method selected by the customer when ordering.
