Return of defective products:
If a customer receives products with defects or non-conformities with their order, they can return them within 15 days of notification of the defect. To do this, the customer must present the original invoice and keep all the original elements of the product. The seller will examine the returned product and inform the customer of their options for a refund or an exchange. If the customer chooses a product of higher value in exchange, he will have to pay the difference. Any exchange or return must be notified by the customer to Bullman Equipment by email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the words “return” or “exchange” in the subject line and the order number.
Legal right of withdrawal:
If a customer is not satisfied with the products delivered, he can return them within 15 days of receipt, presenting the original invoice. The return of the products offered must be made by the person who purchased them, presenting the original invoice. Return of personalized products:
Personalized products cannot be returned. These conditions also apply to returns for dissatisfaction.
Refusal of returns:
The right of return only applies if the products have not been used or washed (unless the product contains information to the contrary), if they retain the original characteristics, the packaging is not damaged (carefully opened packages will not be considered damaged), if they are complete (for example, both elements of a pair must be returned), have not been tampered with and retain the identification tag if the product is labeled. Personalized products are not subject to return.
We refund within 15 days from the date of receipt of the return. This delay gives us time to properly inspect the returns. Refunds are made only via the payment method selected by the customer when ordering.
